Gas cookers vs. electric cookers

In homes, gas cookers are more prevalent than the electric cookers. If you want to indulge in professional cooking, then you must opt for the cookers that can be used over a gas. These cookers are preferred because the flame can easily be adjusted as pr the requirement of the food which is otherwise not possible in other cooking medium. In gas cookers, the gas travels through a pipeline and reach our kitchens through an LPG cylinder. This way of cooking is considered quiet safe.
In case of electric cookers, it can be said that they are easy to operate. Everything is automatic. All you need to do is set a time and then let the food cook on its own. Whereas in gas cookers, you have to manually operate it and monitor it from time to time. Both the cooker types have their own disadvantages as well. There is a high risk of gas leakage which can further lead to a major fire and with electric cookers; there is a chance of electric shock due to excessive heating of the coils.
